NINETWOFIVE JEWELRY default postal service provider is SingPost for Singapore and international orders.
Orders will be dispatched between 2 to 3 working weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please take processing time into consideration when calculating estimated arrivals.

All packages shipped by Registered Mail or Smartpac can be tracked at singpost website (www.singpost.com). Delivery are between 3-7 working days.

All packages will be accompanied with a tracking code that can be tracked at Singpost website (www.singpost.com). Delivery may takes up to 8 weeks. NINETWOFIVE Jewelry is not liable for any taxes that may be charged.
You will be contacted via email (based on your updated personal information at the time) should NINETWOFIVE Jewelry receive any return parcels bearing your name. However, the cost for re-delivery and an additional handling fee of S$0.50 will be borne by you. Returned parcels that remain unclaimed after 3 months from the date of our email notifying you of the bounced parcel shall be deemed as NINETWOFIVE Jewelry property. No compensation will be accorded as sufficient response time has been given.
Accuracy of Mailing Address
All orders will be shipped according to the shipping address that you have provided at checkout. NINETWOFIVE Jewelry will not be liable for lost mail due to insufficient or incorrect shipping information provided.
Registered Article does not provide detailed online tracking capability. It is not mandatory for registered items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process be it for local or overseas delivery.
For registered articles to overseas, the scan events may differ from post to post. A scan event will be shown if and when they are provided by the overseas postal administrations. For countries with no online tracking updates, SingPost will check with the overseas postal administrations on the status if the addressee did not receive the item after a stipulated time. Under the international postal agreement, overseas postal administrations may take up to 60 days to reply.
For any loss of the Registered Article, the maximum liability of SingPost is limited to Singapore Dollars Sixty-Eight (S$68.00) per article or the declared value of the item, whichever is lower.
